“The Program”

The single most important factor in the success of our company has been attributed to our very unique
approach in handling supervision. The supervisors we utilize as previously pointed out are teams of
active off-duty/retired police officers. These officers are trained professionals with many years of
experience within the law enforcement field.

Their supervisory role consists of three very important components: the first deals with the very
important role of training. Our approach in this area calls for our off-duty police to familiarize
themselves with all specific post instructions, and company policy of our respective security officer’s
function. Our law enforcement teams will become knowledgeable of your company’s concerns,
particularly in the area of complaints, staff awareness and the proper manner in which we carry out
your assignments as outlined in our standard operating procedures.

This decentralized form of training is designed to create an atmosphere of reassurance and sensitivity by
our security officers, and is constantly reinforced when our off-duty police officers visit our location and
establish a dialog with their subordinate.

The second function of our off-duty police officers call for them to actively engage in problem solving on
account bases by becoming a resource to both our security officers, as well as our staff personnel, on
following up on security related problems and conditions which are beyond the capabilities of our
security officer. Additionally, they are required to interface and establish a relationship with local police
precincts so that the maximum resources are obtained from local law enforcement.

The third and final role of our off-duty police officers involves providing the highest caliber of quality
control specifically related to our security officers. Our off-duty police officers will check security officers daily for their appearance, job knowledge, and are also given the responsibility of taking
disciplinary actions against their subordinates when appropriate.
