Our management staff encompasses over 20 years of Security and Law Enforcement backgrounds that allowed us to develop one of the best anti-crime programs in the country.

Over the years we have maintained full membership with organizations such as The American Society of Industrial Security to assure our staff is current with industry standards.

In addition to extensive screening, intensive training and aggressive supervision our corporate operation teams periodically audits their personnel files and security operations at our clients facilities. This combined with a client evaluation of the operation enables us to ascertain that the quality of service provided meets Rapid’s and our clients high standards.

Integrity Assurance

Our thorough pre-employment screening allows us to hire those individuals who are honest and trust worthy. Life, however, is ever changing and stress of family illness or financial burdens can compromise the integrity of an individual. In order to ensure that our security officers maintain their integrity, we periodically test them. Undercover operatives posing as dishonest individuals routinely evaluate how our security officers respond to the various integrity checks we present. In the majority of cases, our security officers act in the correct manner. If an instance was to occur where the security officer responded unfavorably, he/she would be immediately removed from the location and reassignment, disciplinary action or termination would result. We feel that by testing our employees, we are able to maintain the highest caliber security officer in the industry.
